The Living Room is an expansive, comfortable area anchored by a beautiful dark pine coffee table and a large, inviting blue/gray pull-out couch that converts to a queen sleeper sofa. Two supportive leather standing chairs flank the cozy gas fireplace, effortlessly controlled by a simple button for instant warmth. The room is decorated with a distinct mountain and forest theme, featuring a striking metal cutout of mustangs above the couch and a deer antler lamp on one of the pine end tables. Entertainment is covered with a 55" Samsung Smart TV and a surround sound system resting on a wooden stand. A large black area rug adds a soft texture underfoot, completing the rustic yet refined ambiance.
Adjacent is the Dining Area, featuring a substantial wood dining table with sturdy pine timber legs, comfortably seating eight thanks to four matching chairs and built-in bench seating. The atmosphere is lit by a charming black pinecone chandelier, while pine walls and hardwood floors tie the space together beautifully. • This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
