This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Coastal Clipper (9 Clipper Ct.) is across the parking lot and can be rented at the same time to host multiple groups.
• Step-free access.
• Long-term stays allowed.
There are many things that make St. Augustine a desirable destination, from its pristine beaches, attractions such as the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and Anastasia State Park (a prime destination for birdwatching), and a rich history paired with Spanish colonial architecture make it a perfect getaway in any season.
