Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly townhouse designed for easy days on the mountain and relaxed evenings at home. With three bedrooms, a loft, and an ensuite primary bedroom, the home sleeps up to 10 across multiple levels.
The main living areas offer space to gather, play board games, and stream your favorites on smart TVs (in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3). The full kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, and utensils to handle meals in, and the adjacent dining area makes it simple to sit down together. Step outside to enjoy fresh alpine air on the outdoor seating. Stay connected with WiFi and get a little work done at the laptop-friendly workspace when needed. Private laundry is available during your stay.

Important Things to Note
• Garage parking, 2 vehicles or 1 large vehicle (must park in the garage). They can have a car inside the garage and an extra car on Lake Mary Rd, and not park in front of the garage. (NO STREET PARKING on Tyroll lane anywhere). Overflow parking is available out on Lake Mary, and there is a foot path. AWD/4x4 may be required during winter months.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse with sleeping spaces on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors; stairs are required.
• WiFi: Provided; however, due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer available during your stay.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets is found, additional cleaning fees may apply
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Check-In/Check-Out
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.

Nice garage, beds need to be replaced
The pictures for this townhome are nice and the pics make it look brighter and newer than the unit actually is. Garage was clean and nice to have on a snowy weekend. Loft was a decent size. It was nice that the unit had 3 bathrooms. I received multiple complaints that the beds are too soft and uncomfortable. The twin bunk in the bedroom was cheap and unstable making the person in the top bunk uncomfortable. There were holes in the bean bag chair in the living room. Kitchen is not renovated. There is no hot tub on this property. Guest parking is difficult/nonexistent.

We understand that bed comfort can vary from guest to guest, but we will be reviewing the beds to determine if any updates are needed. We will also be checking the bunk bed to ensure it is properly supported and addressing the bean bag chair. The photos in the listing are an accurate representation of the home, though we understand that lighting and expectations can feel different in person. We do want to clarify that the property is not advertised as having a hot tub. While there is no additional parking directly in front of the unit, the garage can accommodate up to two vehicles or one larger vehicle, and we provide instructions for additional nearby parking if needed. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as we continue working to improve the experience for future guests.

Great space to stay near Canyon Lodge in Mammoth! Plenty to do just a walk or short drive away. Our hosts were proactive and gave us plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great location, well kept home, and great host. Check in was easy, the garage was a great addition, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again and again. It fit our group very comfortably.

The house was beautiful and spacious, but most importantly clean. They took care of us very well and as well as quick to respond when I asked any questions. I’m more than happy with my stay at this place and will definitely book with them soon again!!

This place is a gem. It perfectly balances spacious rooms with a warm, cozy cabin feel. It had all the amenities, making our stay easy and stress-free. We had a wonderful time and created some great memories.
