This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The game room is on a separate floor with no indoor connection to the main house. Guests using the game room must go outside and up a set of stairs to access the main house bathroom.

- This home does not offer laundry facilities.
- Driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
- Guests must park parallel to the road and retaining wall and off the street.
- An EV charger is also available.
- This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets must not be left unattended and are not allowed on furniture.
- Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.
- This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras:
(1) located at the front stairway and actively monitoring the front of the stairs
(2) connected to the porch light above the game room and actively monitoring the game room door and parking area
(3) connected to the flood light over the deck and actively monitoring the deck
(4) connected to the porch light above the front door on the 2nd floor and actively monitoring the deck and street
(5) located above the side door and actively monitoring the right side of the house,
(6) located under the eaves and actively monitoring the side of the house
and (7) located under the eaves and actively monitoring the right side of the deck and back of the house.

Booking this home means that you agree to all Grand Welcome’s and San Bernardino County’s rules and regulations. It also means that you are responsible for any citation fees due to negligence. The first fine is $1000, the second is $2000, and the third is $5000. Please take this seriously and we appreciate your compliance.

- Parking: Keep in mind that you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules strictly apply. Your rental has a maximum of 2 spaces. San Bernardino County does NOT ALLOW STREET PARKING so please park next to the retaining wall and park parallel. You will be towed at your expense and incur a fine if you block the street. Park only in the driveway, there is no public overnight parking so plan accordingly. During the winter months (November through April), Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains. It is especially helpful to have 4WD or AWD as you may need it to access the property.
- Absolutely no parties. If San Bernardino County or Grand Welcome is alerted that there is over occupancy of the home or vehicles, or a party is in progress, you will incur a fine and be evicted by the Sheriff without a refund.
- The county’s noise curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- No smoking, vaping, or drugs. No glitter or confetti (extra cleaning fee of $500).
- No unauthorized pets. Contact Grand Welcome to pay the pet fee.
