As you step inside, you’re welcomed by a spacious open-concept living area where comfort meets style. Sink into the large L-shaped couch beside the warm glow of the indoor fireplace, or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV. Board games are ready for friendly competition after a day on the slopes. The bright, updated kitchen is a cook’s delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig for your morning brew, and sleek counter seating for four. Just beyond, the dining table for four is perfect for intimate meals or late-night chats.
Outside, the large backyard invites you to relax Tahoe-style. Fire up the grill for a casual dinner, soak in the bubbling hot tub, and take in the serene pine tree views. Every corner of this cottage is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and make lasting mountain memories.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
This home includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available: Please park only in the designated areas (i.e. driveway, garage or parking lot) as it’s illegal at rentals to park on the street or the dirt. The only extra parking is at the casinos for a daily rate.
- No pets allowed at this home. The owner is highly allergic and cannot allow any pets at all. Guests will be fined $2000 if they bring a pet.
- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
(1) located at the front parking area near garage and actively monitoring the driveway and entry to front door
(2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front door entry
(3) located at the backyard and actively monitoring the backyard entry by the sliding glass door and the back deck.
Although this stay puts you in the heart of Tahoe ski country, there is a wide spread of activities to enjoy year-round in the surrounding areas. Miles of both paved and dirt trails for hiking and biking of all levels are nearby. Head out to popular beaches or find a private cove with unforgettable swimming. From boating and water sports to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities on the water. When you’re not hitting the slopes or exploring the lake, Tahoe’s entertainment scene is waiting to impress. Local art galleries, shopping boutiques, live entertainment, iconic food spots, and bustling nightlife fill the vibrant communities that surround the lake.
- No excessive noise, parties or events of any kind.
- No over occupying the home/having extra people.
- No extra cars, street or on-dirt parking.
- No hot tub use after 10pm, if applicable. This one is strict at 10pm!
- No leaving trash outside
**Neighbors are fully aware of these laws and will unfortunately report renters to the local police if not followed. If the police are called, they may issue you a large fine. It’s also a strike against this owners rental permit. 3 strikes and they lose their permit and ability to rent indefinitely so it’s really important all of the laws are followed. Our local team is on standby to receive calls from the neighbors and police so don’t be surprised if you get a courtesy text from us. It is not meant to disturb you in anyway, it’s just our team doing their job. Please note, we reserve the right to fine you up to $2,000 or evict your party for not following any of the above laws. We absolutely despise doing this so please, if you get a text from us make sure to heed our warning.
