Featuring beautiful stone counters, a large waterfall island with seating, a professional-grade gas range, and full-size stainless-steel appliances, it's equipped with everything you need. Enjoy meals together at the six-person dining table or at one of the five casual counter seats.

Things to note:
- One designated parking spot is available in front of the house. All other parking is on the street and first come, first served.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the
property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you'll be automatically notified.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of
your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and
additional fees may apply.
- A private washer and dryer are available on 2nd floor

House Rules:
- Must be 21+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
