- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the Villa parking lot. Note that it is unassigned parking and is first come first serve.
- Communal Coin Washer and Dryer: There are two communal washers and two dryers are available Inside Mammoth View Villas Mgmt office. Access code for the electronic lock is 5021.Payment is through an app call “CleanPay Mobile”, instructions and QR codes are posted in the laundry room. The laundry room closes at 9:30 pm
- Shared community charcoal grills are only available during summer months.
- Spa Hours are from 2:00pm - 9:30pm. Located in the Mammoth View Villas Mgmt office on the second floor. Access code for the electronic lock is 5021. Amenities include: Outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and changing rooms, a ping-pong table, foosball table, and common area. *** Do not bring glass cups, bottles, or anything breakable into the hot tub area !
- Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
- Access to this condo requires climbing flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Unit is located on the 2nd floor.
- Shuttle Access: short walk to Canyon Blvd allows you to catch the red line shuttle up to Canyon Lodge
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Complex Quiet Hours are 9:00pm - 8:00am.
- Due to Mammoth's remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
