The combined space offers guests two full, modern kitchens. Both feature sleek induction stoves/ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and coffee makers perfect for preparing large, Texas-style meals. You'll find ample dining space and social open concept living areas across both floors, each equipped with comfortable seating and Smart TVs for group entertainment.
Beyond the interiors, the Duo offers fantastic private outdoor living. Unit A, on the single level, has a charcoal BBQ grill and a relaxing patio area. Unit B, the upstairs sanctuary, boasts two separate private decks: one off the living room, and a master bedroom patio, both perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail with neighborhood views.
Practical amenities abound to make your long-term stay effortless. The home includes two sets of in-unit washers and dryers (one in Unit A’s laundry room and one in Unit B’s Hall bath).

Things To Note:
- Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
- Self Check-in: The property operates a simple self-check-in system. Instructions will be sent before your arrival.
- Parking: Two dedicated private parking spots are provided (one for each unit), the driveway is long additional cars can be parked tandem only. Paid street parking may also be available.
- Lockable Access Door: Unit A (downstairs) and Unit B (upstairs) are connected by a door that can be locked from either side for privacy or left open for full group access.
- Basic cookware essentials are provided including pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. Please note that salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided.
- There is an elevator inside the home, however, it is NOT for guest use.
- BBQ: A charcoal grill is available for your use.
- Washer/Dryer: There are two sets of laundry facilities (one in each unit) for your convenience.
- This is a connected duplex property. Guests are expected to be mindful of noise for the surrounding units, especially after 10 PM.

We were the first guests in this new listing for Thanksgiving, and while the home has great potential and the hosts were proactive, it still needs polish. Check-in was delayed because interior doors had been locked. We arrived to ashes spilling from the fireplace, hairballs in the shower, and some backyard clutter. The elevator and an unfinished rooftop unit weren’t mentioned, and the tile floors were very slippery without bathmats. Internet was initially poor (under 1Mbps and no coverage in the upstairs primary), but the hosts worked with Spectrum to repair the line, which restored normal speeds near the router. The biggest issue was the kitchens: the listing promised two full modern ones, but basics were missing—cutlery, plates, glassware, pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc.—and items were split between units. The hosts did run to Target to restock essentials quickly. With better stocking and finishing touches, this place could be wonderful.
