The unit includes a well-appointed full bathroom featuring a contemporary glass walk-in shower, a clean toilet, and a vanity. It's perfect for quickly refreshing after a day in the sun.

Central to the villa is the bright and functional living room. It’s furnished with a comfortable couch, a Smart TV for entertainment, and a ceiling fan with a light to ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The sliding door provides seamless access to your private patio, where you can enjoy the coastal air.

Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, a practical space equipped with everything you need: a coffee maker, microwave, full-size fridge, and a gas range oven. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full family dinner, this space has you covered for all your culinary needs during your stay.

- Parking is available in the parking lot on a first come, first serve basis.
- The twin bunk bed is located in the hallway and not a separate bedroom.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited including outdoors on the deck.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
