Important Things to Note:
- Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance; if the home is ready before 4:00 PM, you’ll be notified automatically. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, not guaranteed, and may incur additional fees.
- We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
- We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
- Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
- Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No additional on-site parking is available beyond what’s described.
- Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available.
- Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs (max 75 lbs each) are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $150 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
- Security cameras: Four exterior-only cameras—one at the front door, one on the left side near the second front door, and two at the back of the house facing the backyard. Cameras monitor exterior/common areas only.
- Golf cart: Complimentary use is included; a waiver must be completed prior to use.

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
Must be pre-approved.
If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees.
Use appliances as intended.
Parking
Follow local parking rules.
