• Stairs: This is a multi-level cabin with stairs and multi-level decks.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Our group of ten adults and nine children just spent a long weekend at this mountain house and had a wonderful time. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two stoves, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two sinks. With our large crowd we used them all. The kitchen was well stocked with ample plates, glasses, serving bowls, etc. The cooking pots and skillets looked new and were a joy to use. The kids loved the golf setup, the pool table, and the foosball. We’re a football watching gang (Go Vols!), and large televisions in the main living area and also in the upstairs game room were great. The pièce de résistance was the amazing indoor pool. The kids’ ages ranged from three to twelve, and the pool was large enough with various depth to accommodate jumps (no diving) and sweet shallow pools for the littles. It was an amazing pool. Each bedroom has its own bath, which was wonderful. A bunk room accommodated our big kids, which they loved. Around dusk we had a bear visitor so please don’t leave food in your cars or anywhere outside the house. The bear checked out our cars but did no damage. And please don’t follow the foolish behavior we see posted from mountain visitors who feed bears to “get a good picture”. Our bears (we’re pretty local) are wild animals and deserve to be enjoyed from a distance. This is a great house with amazing views. Mountain LeConte (the premier peak in the Smokies) is front and center looking out from the porch.

It is a luxury house, and my family and friends and I really enjoyed it; for me, everything was perfect. It has everything you could need for a getaway like this, and the views are beautiful.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Love that the refrigerators had a water pitcher inside. The view was amazing! It was nice to have two stoves/ovens, but they need to be cleaned inside and or more ventilation. We had to open windows and doors because they set the smoke detectors off. The AC was not working properly in some rooms and there wasn’t enough silverware for a big group of people. Overall the house was nice and just needs minimal fixes to make it a five star place.

We traveled to this property with4 other families, 8 adults and 9 kids total for 7 days. Each adult couple had their own king sized bed and attached bathroom on each bedroom which was a major selling point for this property. The kids had a great bunk room and nearby rec room to spread out in. The pool and outdoor hot tub were a hit with all of the kids.The view was as pictured if not better. The main-level deck and fire table was a favorite hangout for the adults.A couple of cons I would mention is the condition of the main level flooring, it is coming up in areas and needs repair. The kitchen was also slightly smaller than anticipated but provided two of every appliance which was convenient. The kitchen could be better stocked with better quality cooking utensils but the check-in email mentioned for long stays supplies would be needed. The temperature in the house was very cold in some rooms and warmer in others.Last to mention, the bear activity was no joke! We had almost daily bear visitors at the property. A mom and her cubs would come around from the bottom of the hill and we had bear break-ins into our vehicles overnight having not locked up. Listen to the signage about bears and be sure to keep all food picked up and vehicles locked. It was a learning experience!

The view is incredible, and the house is very large and fit our group of 18 comfortably. The putting green and backyard area is great as well. Unfortunately, there were some issues that were disappointing given the price. The washer did not work properly for our entire stay. We had 4 families staying together and really needed use of a washer and dryer. AC worked but we had to tinker with the vents it to get it evenly distributed, and 1 degree thermostat change felt like 10 degrees in the bedrooms. There were some basics missing from the kitchen and in terms of cleaning supplies (no wine glasses, wine opener - we left one, broom but no dust pan - we also left one of these, no vacuum). House was generally clean but flooring in the kitchen is coming up, which could become a safety issue.

The house accommodated all 17 of us. The two stoves and dishwashers were a plus when cooking! We wish there were some larger pots and pans though. And there were no wine glasses! The views from the balconies were beautiful. I do feel a warning should be issued about the pool. It is surrounded by rocks. We had six young boys with us and two of them hurt themselves when they fell. Also the hot tub was dirty. The tubs were a fall risk for our older people and for one of us with a toddler to bathe. Getting in and out was difficult. We had an ongoing problem with the air conditioning that was never addressed. I know this sounds negative but it is an honest evaluation that you should consider. We did have a wonderful vacation but I would not rent this house again.

Overall we had a great stay, but there are a few important things to note. The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, and it’s ideal for large groups since all bedrooms are similarly sized with en suite bathrooms—no true primary, which works well for sharing. Be aware there are virtually no kitchen staples (no salt, pepper, oil, etc.) and very minimal supplies: one small dish soap, one paper towel roll, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, no hand soap, no pool towels, and one laundry pod—so plan to bring everything. We also had an issue with an upstairs AC unit leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. Management responded but did not fix it during our stay, which was disappointing given the price. The indoor pool/grotto is amazing. Overall, a fun stay, but it could use better stocking and a few personal touches.

The place was beautiful! Exactly like the photos. Beautiful view from balcony. One morning we spotted a bear climbing the hill a few houses down from the place. The basement with the pool is a great addition. Would definitely recommend!!

The view is amazing. The house was okay overall, but the blanket wasn’t clean and there was dust in the bedroom. The living room carpet was also not clean. The pool was good and great for kids, but parents need to be very careful because of the rocks around it and the slippery floor.

Wonderful house with gorgeous views! Our group included 3 generations and there was something for everyone. The house is well-equipped and has a well thought out floor plan. The kids loved the pool and putting green while the adults loved the firepits, views, and pool table. Wish we had had more than a couple of nights to enjoy it all!

Amazing place!!! We stayed here for a girl’s weekend and the view is soooo much better than the pictures. We loved the turf area and the decks and the fire pit areas. The living/dining areas were spacious enough for 26 people and the double fridge, double oven, double sink, double microwave was SO nice. 10/10 would book again.

It was very nice there were two pieces of furniture that should be swapped out. It took over 1 hour to access the pool because the code that was given wasnt correct. They did send the correct code about one hour
