This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to the lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, an oversized soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is Frozen themed and includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the lanai area.

Bedroom #3 is Harry Potter themed and includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in garage.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available with additional street parking available for overflow. No oversized vehicles and please do not park on grass or block sidewalks.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;
o (1) located above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,
o (2) located above the front door and actively monitoring the front door,
o (3) located above the top of the entryway and actively monitoring the walkway.
• Miscellaneous fee(s):
o Optional onsite BBQ grill rental for $95.
o Pool heat for $29/night, full stay min only.

• 2 portable cribs and a high chair available.

Pets are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
