Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV (also equipped with cable), balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
This home also includes a half bathroom.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.
• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry and parking area. (1) located at the rear of home monitoring the back of house.
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Sunset Walk is just a few minutes away, as well, featuring the Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and so much more! This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental
agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to
leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
