This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, double doors that lead to deck, and an ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower in the main house, as well as a half bathroom in the detached game room.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- The driveway provides available parking for 5 vehicles. There is a Tesla charger also available.
- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
(1) located at the front of the casita (detached game room) and actively monitoring the street.
(2) located at the back of the casita and actively monitoring the front of the main house.
(3) located at the front door of the main house (doorbell camera) and actively monitoring the parking area.
