This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 55 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. No aggressive dog breeds and no exotic pets. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day, per pet, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located on the eastside unit 2 and actively monitoring the front door and entryway,
o (2) located on the westside of the unit and actively monitoring the backyard area.
• This home is a sister unit to the unit next door, Victoria Park's Secret #1. Larger parties are encouraged to rent the combined/parent unit (Victoria Park's Secret Estate) for access to both homes.
• Long-term stays allowed.

You’re just minutes from vibrant Las Olas Boulevard—home to a range of boutiques, eateries, and nightlife—and Holiday Park, both within a short walk or drive from Victoria Park. For a broader destination, Aventura Mall is roughly 12–14 miles north, about a 20–25 minute drive depending on traffic. Meanwhile, Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport is about 9 miles away, or a 15–18 minute drive. And for beachfront fun, you’re just around 10 miles from the sun and sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach—it’s a quick 15-minute drive.
