Comprised of two completely separate homes—Pineapple Pointe and Pineapple Shores—located right next door to each other, guests have the flexibility to book individually or reserve both together, making the entire property yours for the duration of your stay. Side by side, these homes offer the perfect balance of gathering space and privacy. With soaring ceilings, open-concept layouts, and multiple living areas, your group can spread out while still coming together for meals, games, and evenings on the deck.

Between the two kitchens—each outfitted with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and generous seating—you’ll have plenty of room to cook, dine, and entertain. Entertainment abounds with not one, but two game rooms: Pineapple Shores features a Mortal Kombat arcade game, while Pineapple Pointe offers Street Fighter. Both homes also include gaming consoles stocked with dozens of classic games, along with pool tables, TVs, and lounge seating. Outdoors, each home boasts an upper deck with dining space and a grill, while the lower patios provide hot tubs and cozy seating with water views—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Pineapple Shores comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the basement game room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• These homes are walk-in units. each with a ramp available for guest convenience.
• Washer and dryer in both homes.
• Lot parking available for 8 vehicles on a first come, first serve basis.
• Both homes are pet friendly. A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• A maximum of 1 dog per home, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• This home is a combined listing of two homes located next door to one another, Pineapple Shores and Pineapple Pointe. Smaller parties are encouraged to book one of these individual properties.
• Portable cribs provided in both homes.
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

Nestled just south of Branson in the scenic Ozarks, Hollister delights with its quaint Tudor-style “English Village” on Downing Street, vibrant local shops and cafés, and easy access to outdoor beauty—from panoramic overlooks and tranquil lakes to wooded trails and canoeing along Lake Taneycomo. Minutes from the lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 25 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
