This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a twin-size bed in the loft-style bedroom with a privacy curtain, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
• Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV with cable, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV with cable.
• Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
• An additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower is also available.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.
• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities (commonly called The Fins Up Club).
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 pets may be brought to this home. Please note there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
