Step into a serene entryway that sets the tone for the entire space—chic, modern, and designed for comfort. The living room invites you to sink into a plush sectional or one of two armchairs while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The spacious kitchen is a dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee, and counter seating for four, while the dining table for eight makes mealtimes a stylish affair. For evenings with friends, retreat to the home’s chic speakeasy bar, where you’ll find a poker table, smart TV, music, and even a high-top table for two—perfect for keeping the fun going indoors.

Outside, the home truly shines. The patio transforms into your private resort, featuring an outdoor covered bar with seating, a dining table for eight, and a grill for alfresco meals. Lounge in the cabanas by the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or soak in the hot tub under the desert stars. Comfortable seating surrounds the firepit, while hammock swings, corn hole, and Connect 4 add a playful touch. With room-darkening shades in the bedrooms ensuring restful sleep, every detail of this home has been considered to create a perfect balance of relaxation, style, and fun.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a 3-1 charger for Apple products (phone, watch, airpods).

Bedroom #1, The Champagne Room, includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio and pool access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2, The Green Room, includes a king size bed and private patio access.

Bedroom #3, The Bubble Gum Room, includes a king size bed and private patio access.

Bedroom #4, The Marilyn Room, includes a king size bed and private patio access.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. 2 cars can park in the driveway and 1 in the roundabout. Please note, the house does not have a garage.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located by the doorbell and actively monitoring the exterior entry, and (2) located at and actively monitoring the driveway.
• Pool heat can be added on for $100 per day (includes hot tub), recommended October – May. We require the pool to be heated throughout the entire stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. This is a 100% optional add on. Please note: Pool temperature set to 86 degrees. (Pool heater is run by an Electric Kettle Heater and depending on outside temperatures, pool can take up to 2 in a half to 3 days to heat and reach temperature. No refunds will be issued once turned on, including weather related instances.)
- For hot tub heat only, $50 per night and must be added for full duration of stay.
• Long-term stays allowed.

A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Joshua Tree National Park or Tahquitz Canyon are great exploration destinations not far away!.

• This is a smoke-free property. No smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside or outside. Any violations will be subject to a $1500 smoking fee plus any additional cleaning fees and odor removal costs.
• There will be a $100 fine for unauthorized guest(s) that exceeds the maximum occupancy, with possible eviction and no refunds.
• No parties; there are strict quiet hours.
• This property is not pet friendly. Any violations will be subject to a $250 fine with possible eviction and no refund.

- In order to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors and the city, Rat Pack Rendezvous has a zero-tolerance policy regarding parties and outdoor music.
- Our home is equipped with outdoor noise sensors that measure the decibel levels outside.
- If we are alerted of any outdoor music, you will be subject to immediate eviction without warning or refund.
- Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from playing any music outdoors while staying at Rat Pack Rendezvous.

The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Guidelines:

- NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR PARTIES are allowed at any time. Violators will be subject to a $500 fine plus immediate eviction from the property without refund.
- Indoor music cannot be audible outdoors.
- Outdoor/indoor music cannot be heard past the property line at any time.
- Outdoor quiet hours: 9pm to 8am.
- Max overnight guests: 8 adults.
- Max daytime guests: 12.
- Max cars at the property: 4.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- The city requires an additional signed contract, which will be sent to you shortly after booking.
- Due to increased activity in our neighborhood by code enforcement, we kindly ask that guests who plan on violating these guidelines consider alternative accommodations.
