Set in the quiet, gated Carolina Place neighborhood within Sea Pines, this bright and comfortable home is ideal for families and groups. With four sleeping areas and three full bathrooms, everyone has space to relax.
The primary suite features a king bed, private sitting area, and a spacious ensuite with a walk-in shower. A second guest suite offers a queen bed and its own ensuite bath. A third bedroom with two twin beds is served by a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, a fun loft with two twin beds is accessed by a spiral staircase—great for older kids. Outside your door, you’re minutes from beaches, bike paths, golf, and the community pool, hot tub, and courts. Parking is easy with space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway or garage.

Important Things to Note
• Parking and access: At the Sea Pines gate, guests must check in and pay a $35 per car parking fee., Park in the driveway or garage; accommodates up to 4 cars., Street parking is prohibited and vehicles may be towed. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. A $150 per Pet. If you have not already included your pet in your reservation at the time of booking, please reach out to our Guest • Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. • Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.
• The upper loft is accessed by a spiral staircase; stairs are required to use this sleeping space.
• Guests have access to Carolina Place community amenities including the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling stations.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 3 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
