Two clubhouses—one walkable, one a short drive—are free to access and offer everything from a bar and restaurant to a fitness room, game room, foosball, ping pong, snack bar, and daily kids' events. And if you don’t feel like walking? Hop on the free golf cart shuttle and ride there in style.

The living room welcomes you with a plush couch and loveseat, the perfect setup for movie nights with the cable and smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. The kitchen and dining area share a bright, open space, where granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large prep area make it easy to whip up family meals or poolside snacks. A side door leads directly from the kitchen to your private pool and lanai, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Slide open the door and step onto the shaded lanai, where a table for four sits beneath an overhang, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Just beyond, your fully enclosed plunge pool offers total privacy thanks to surrounding walls—ideal for cooling off or unwinding after a day of fun. Two chaise loungers invite you to bask in the Florida sun, while the grassy area just behind the home gives little ones space to play. Whether you’re floating the lazy river, splashing in your private pool, or heading out to explore Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or the nearby shopping outlets and restaurants, this home is more than a place to stay—it’s a vacation experience all its own.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is Minions-themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 is Mickey-themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking is available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located to the right of the entryway and actively monitoring the front porch and parking lot. The second is located at the rear corner of the home. It monitors the pool equipment and the screen door leading to the pool area.
• Two strollers and a high chair provided.
• To utilize resort amenities such as Storey Lake Hideaway Club or Storey Lake Bronson Club, guests must go to front desk to provide attendant with booking information. At club houses there is a daily sign in sheet and may be issued a daily wristband in correspondence.
• Patio grills.
o Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.
• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs, and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
This is a privately owned home, any damages will be billed to the violator.
