This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests between 1 private bedroom and a Twin size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional street parking available for guests. One dedicated covered parking spot.
• Please note this condo and complex does not have a BBQ Grill.
• The neighbor’s home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the exterior hallway and front entrance.

- Please note: Per HOA, Lounge chairs are not provided by the pool. We do provide a couple pool chairs in the closet at the condo for use.

Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.

Palm Springs has a strict no noise ordinance that must be obeyed and is strictly enforced. No noise may be heard from the property edges. A fine and possible eviction will be imposed without chance of refund.
