- These homes are not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Each townhome is equipped with 1 external security camera located over the front door and monitoring the entrance, sidewalk, and street.
- These homes are 2 separate sister units – Modern Retreat and Modern Comfort. Booking this combined/parent unit provides access to both units. Smaller groups should consider booking an individual unit.

- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
