The main living areas flow out to patios with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. Fire up the BBQ grill for simple dinners, then cap the evening in the private hot tub under starry skies. Inside, the kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, and utensils to handle meals at home. You’ll also find board games, Wi-Fi for staying connected, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Retreat to the primary bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, ocean views, and patio access. Two additional queen bedrooms offer garden outlooks and soft natural light, including one with its own private patio. An EV charger makes road-tripping simple.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the gravel driveway. The driveway is shared with a neighboring unit, but your space and patios are private.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access areas of the home.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs (30 lbs max each) are allowed. An additional $150 pet fee applies and is not included in your booking cost. Please contact our Customer Care team after booking to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• Connectivity: Due to Sea Ranch’s rural, oceanfront location, Wi-Fi and cell service in the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• EV charging: An EV charger is available for guest use.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Extras: A telescope is available for guest use.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home; there is also a laundromat nearby.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
