This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a combo smart/cable TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a combo smart/cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a combo smart/cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.
• Pack and play & highchair available on site.
• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
• This home is pet friendly. 2 pets may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located at and actively monitoring the entryway,
o (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back patio.

- This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
- Always observe quiet hours between 9PM – 7AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed-upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
