The open living spaces invite you to unwind after days exploring the bluffs and tide pools, while the nearby ocean breezes remind you you’re right where you want to be.

Cook simple meals in the kitchen, then gather to dine and plan tomorrow’s adventures. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it simple to check in with the office (when you must), and the private washer/dryer helps keep packing light. Outside, fire up the BBQ grill or head to the community’s outdoor pools when they’re available. Beach access and Sea Ranch’s serene trails are close by for laid-back days in nature.

Important Things to Note:
- Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
- We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
- We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
- Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
- Parking: Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Parking passes are required and are located in the home. Please display as directed.
- WiFi & cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s rural coastal location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
- Communal amenities: Access to Sea Ranch outdoor pools is offered through the community. Hours, availability, and seasonality may vary.
- Laundry: private washer and dryer are available for your use.
- Pets: this home is NOT pet friendly. Thank you for understanding.

- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
