Comprised of 2 completely separate homes that can be booked individually, Creekside Near the Landing (Unit A/389) and Creek View Near the Landing (Unit B/391), guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Inside, each unit offers its own welcoming and thoughtfully designed living space. In one condo, you’ll find a cozy couch and two armchairs arranged around a smart TV, with sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the water—an ideal spot for a quiet coffee or evening glass of wine. The adjacent unit offers a futon in front of a smart TV, perfect for movie nights, along with its own balcony and water views.
Both kitchens feature sleek black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and drip and Keurig coffee makers for ultimate convenience. There’s a dining table for six in one condo and another table for four in the other, so your group can spread out or come together as you like before heading out for the day. When it’s time to explore, you’re just minutes from the best of Branson. Head downtown for shopping, dining, and world-famous live entertainment on the 76 Strip, or enjoy a boat ride on Lake Taneycomo. This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Creek View Near the Landing (Unit B/391) comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a full size futon in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Unit A/389 (Creekside Near the Landing): This home is a main-level walk-in unit with 2 steps required.
• Unit B/391 (Creek View Near the Landing): This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 12 steps required.
• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.
• Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the passes. A $60 fee ($30 per unit), payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking passes and provides access to the community pool.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• Please note that this rental is a combined unit of two sister units, Creekside Near the Landing and Creek View Near the Landing. Smaller parties are invited to book one of the individual sister units for their getaway.
• These homes are pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Portable cribs provided in both units.
• Please note that these homes do not offer laundry facilities.
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
