Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
This home also includes a half bathroom with exterior access and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available, passes required and will be provided on arrival.
• A resort fee of $59 is required and paid directly to Coosawattee River Resort. This fee provides access to the resort community and its full range of amenities. It is a standard charge and not subject to negotiation.
