Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin pull out sleeper chair, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a twin pull out sleeper chair, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full hallway bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home on the ground floor on the west side of the property.
• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available, including boat parking.
• The front door is located upstairs.
• The hot tub on the ground floor is not available for guest use. There is a locked room on the ground floor that is also unavailable for guests.
•This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees.
• This home is equipped with one external ring security camera located at and actively monitoring the front door.
• The property is accessible by golf cart, and golf carts are permitted to drive from the property to the beach. Fin and Feather does not offer a golf cart with the property.
• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID is may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
