Perfect for families and groups, this spacious, kid-friendly house offers 9 private bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. Relax and reconnect across easygoing indoor and outdoor gathering areas, then step outside to your private pool and furnished patio for sunny lounge time and BBQ dinners.
Inside, you’ll find smart TVs in many bedrooms, a game console for downtime, and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. Traveling with little ones is easier with a high chair, pack ’n play, outlet covers, and children’s dinnerware. Two sets of washers and dryers on the second floor help keep beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

An in-home elevator adds convenience for luggage and groceries (see Important Things to Note). When you’re ready to explore, hop on the provided bikes and head toward the nearby parks, beach, shops, and treats at Coligny Plaza. Parking includes both a driveway and garage.

Important Things to Note
• No pets are allowed at this home.
• Parking: Space for 4 vehicles total—2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Pool safety: The private pool is not fenced. Please swim at your own risk and closely supervise children at all times.
• Elevator: An elevator is available in the home and is operated/maintained by building management. While typically available, outages or maintenance are outside our control. If the elevator is unavailable, stairs are required. In an emergency, use the stairs.
• Laundry: Two stackable washers and dryers are located on the second floor.
• Family gear: High chair and portable crib provided; outlet covers and children’s dinnerware available.
• Fun extras: Basketball game, ping pong table, and bikes are available for guest use.
• Outdoor shower: Convenient for rinsing off after the beach.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
