THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Stall parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional parking available in the surface lots around the outside of complex.
• One parking pass for the unit's designated parking space will be provided inside the unit. Please note that failure to leave the parking pass behind at departure will result in a $40 replacement charge.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 50 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the main entrance and actively monitoring the walkway leading up to the front door.

- The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit.
- Guests must park in designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times while within the complex.
- Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed.
- The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure.
