Settle into a comfortable 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for easy mountain days and relaxed evenings. The living area offers room to unwind and includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The private bedroom features a king bed and smart TV, along with an ensuite bathroom showcasing a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds convenience for your group. You’ll also have an in-home washer and dryer to keep gear fresh between adventures. Onsite, enjoy shared building amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor BBQ/seating areas.

Important Things to Note
• WiFi: Provided, but due to Breckenridge’s mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management; any outages are outside our control. Stairs may be required if it’s unavailable.
• Parking: Garage parking for 1 vehicle only. Pick up your parking pass at One Ski Hill Place (1521 Ski Hill Road) on the way up to Crystal Peak. Go to the front desk and let them know you’re staying at Crystal Peak #7006. The garage entrance is on the right side of the building; the 2nd elevator is closest to the unit. Please display the pass at all times—vehicles without a pass may be booted by building management. No additional parking is available.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. We appreciate you respecting this policy.
• Accessibility: The unit is listed as wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out so we can confirm details for your stay.
• Amenities: Indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor BBQ/seating areas are communal and managed by the building; hours and availability may vary.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 21+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.

Our stay at Crystal Peak Lodge with Grand Welcome Breckenridge was wonderful. The cabin was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The communication with the host was quick and helpful. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We really enjoyed the beautiful views sitting on the balcony. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we would definitely book again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Peak Lodge. The location was a few steps from the free gondola, less than a two mile walk to downtown Breckenridge, less than a five minute walk (or take the gondola) to Epic Discovery. The Airbnb had everything we needed and it was the perfect space for the two of us. Amazing walking/biking trails are right out of the back door of the building. Great host, quick to respond to our questions. We would stay here again.
