The balcony overlooks the lush Pioneer Park to the south and the First Street Rapids Park, a popular river access point for canoes and kayaks, to the north. Downtown Bend, with its array of craft breweries, boutique shops, and award-winning restaurants, is a short stroll away. Explore local favorites like Drake Park, Mirror Pond, the Old Mill District, and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater—or head to Mt. This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a twin-size sleeper chair in the living room. The bedroom includes a king size bed, a large desk, helpful if you are working remotely, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Full-size washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 1 vehicle available.
• This home is dog friendly, please see the below guidelines.
• A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home.
• Large fenced pet potty area with a river view just downstairs from the unit.
• Other than in the potty area, guests must always keep dogs on leash when outside the unit.
• Unattended dogs must be kept in a kennel.
• Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per night that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Guests will be charged additional fees for any damages caused by the pet.
