Place was okay, pictures definitely make the place seem a lot nicer then it was. floor board was coming up and door handles to bathroom door kept falling off, which led to getting stuck in bathroom. outside was a disaster, not cleaned/maintenance. unable to use outside due to the walk way lights not working. noticed a hand print on the outside of window like someone was trying to get in after we were asleep….stains on sheets and blankets. would not stay again, definitely not worth the price we paid.

How me and my friends loved the house and our week in Nashville we couldn't spend it to much in the backyard because yard wasn't cut and there was bird poop all over every chair

It was a nice place to stay. It reminded me so much of my grandma’s house. The outside needs some outside maintenance. The backyard was not as pictured and infested with mosquitoes. I know bugs will be outside because it is summer time, but it was pretty bad. We couldn’t open the door without mosquitoes flying in the house. We couldn’t spend any time outside. The patio area and furniture needs a good power wash. The inside was nice and matched the pictures. Overall, I would say it’s nice, quiet older neighborhood to stay in.
