Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed; sleeps 2. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Bedroom 2: King bed; sleeps 2. Includes an office area and sitting area. Ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.
• Living Room: Twin-size futon; sleeps 1.
• Game Room: Twin-size sleeper sofa; sleeps 1.
• Additional Bathroom: Half bath (in addition to the two ensuites).

Important Things to Note
• Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is available. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. The garage is not available. Please use only the driveway designated for this home and do not park in the neighboring unit’s driveway.
• Shared spaces: The back deck is a shared space.
• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs (under 35 lbs each) are allowed. A $150 per pet fee applies. After booking, please reach out to our Guest Experience team to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. No cats, please.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.


• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
o Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival may incur a fee up to $100.
o Late check-out requests must be made by 10 AM the day before departure and may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
o Follow city occupancy rules (children under 2 are not counted).
o Over-occupancy results in a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. Noise must remain under 60 dBA. Violations may result in a $500 fine.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning:
o Remove trash, load, and run the dishwasher before check-out.
o Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal usage is included. Excessive use may incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines apply for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: A major credit card is required, and a security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: There is a $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
