Settle into a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for relaxing lake escapes with family or friends. The primary suite opens to a balcony, while the living spaces are simple and functional for unwinding after a day on the water or exploring nearby parks and trails.
You’ll have Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office, along with in-unit laundry for easy clean-ups during longer stays. Head outside for casual cookouts on the BBQ grill and enjoy outdoor seating. When you’re ready to cool off, make your way to the communal outdoor pool and hot tub, then stroll the waterfront to take in the lake views.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)
• Bedroom 1: King bed, cable TV, balcony access. Ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2: Full bed. Shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. Shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Sleeps 2.
Bathrooms
• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower.
• Bathroom 2 (Jack-and-Jill for Bedrooms 2 & 3): Single vanity, shower/tub combo.
Important Things to Note
• Parking: 1 reserved garage space (Space 33). Free visitor spaces are available in the lot adjacent to the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Washer & Dryer: A private washer and dryer are available in the unit.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. While it’s typically available, any outages are outside our control. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable.
• Communal amenities: Guests have access to the community’s outdoor pool and hot tub. Availability, hours, and any maintenance are managed by the building/HOA and may vary.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Early check in requests within 24 hours of arrival
- Late check out requests by 10 A.M. the day before departure
- Early check ins/outs may incur a fee up to $100
Occupancy:
- Follow city occupancy rules
- Children under 2 not counted
- Over occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person
Quiet Hours 9 P.M.-8 A.M.
- Noise levels must stay under 60 dba. $500 fine for noise violations
- We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets:
- Pets are strictly prohibited
- Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
Cleaning:
- Bag trash and take to the trash chute across from elevator.
- Load and run dishwasher upon check out.
- Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow rules and park only in designated spots. Only one vehicle permitted in garage, additional spaces available outside in parking lot.
- Fines and towing may be imposed for violations.

- No illegal activities or hazardous materials allowed.
