A bright primary suite opens to the patio, while the additional bedrooms give guests their own quiet retreat—one even includes a dedicated workstation for remote work or school. Step outside to the backyard to relax with morning coffee or an evening chat. Stay connected with WiFi, and pack light thanks to the in-home washer and dryer. Please note there are stairs in the home.

• Bedroom 1: King bed, patio access, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower (sleeps 2)

• Bedroom 3: Twin bed and workstation (sleeps 1)
Bathrooms:
• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 1, dual vanity, walk-in shower
• Bathroom 2: Full hall bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus street parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the home only. Please do not use any other street parking areas.
• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.
• Security: One exterior security camera is located at the front door and monitors the front entrance only.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
House Rules:
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
o Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival may incur a fee up to $100.
o Late check-out requests must be made by 10 AM the day before departure and may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
o Follow city occupancy rules (children under 2 are not counted).
o Over-occupancy results in a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. Noise must remain under 60 dBA. Violations may result in a $500 fine.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning:
o Remove trash, load, and run the dishwasher before check-out.
o Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal usage is included. Excessive use may incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines apply for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: A major credit card is required, and a security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: There is a $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
