Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.
This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.
• Outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open and available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• For added security and awareness, sensors are installed above the front and back doors to detect when they are opened or closed.
• This home is equipped with one (3) external security cameras:
o 1. Located at the right front corner of the home and actively monitoring the main entry and driveway.
o 2. Is a front corner camera monitoring the front walking trail.
o 3. Is a back center camera monitoring lake and yard wildlife.

- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
