Set in a resort community near the ocean, this family-friendly condo is a comfortable place to relax between beach time and island exploring. With two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it’s ideal for couples, families, or a small group.
The primary bedroom features balcony access for a breath of fresh coastal air, along with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom is a flexible sleep space with a queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunks. You’ll have WiFi for staying connected and in-unit laundry for easy clean-ups after the beach.

As part of the resort, you’ll enjoy access to multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), a hot tub and sauna, a wellness gym, community BBQ grills and seating areas, and beach access right from the community.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 3 vehicles only. Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management; availability can vary due to maintenance or outages outside our control. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable.
• Security: There are security cameras throughout the resort community/neighborhood common areas.
• Pets: Unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are located in the unit.
• Community amenities, beach access, and bikes are provided within the resort community. Access points and availability are subject to the community/HOA.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.


- Must be 21+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
