Set against a backdrop of tropical landscapes, inside a private gated resort in Florida’s Kissimmee, Terra Verde Vacation Villa is a relaxing family-friendly holiday home. Unwind, create memories and savor the warm sun. If theme parks are your thing, you're in for a treat.
The facilities within the resort are second to none. Lush palm trees and verdant foliage border a heated zero-entry pool complete with a spa-fed river. The clubhouse, sprawls magnificently across 6,000 square feet, and is stocked with a sauna, gym, theater, arcade and much more. Enjoy a friendly match of mini-golf or show off your skills on the sand volleyball court or ping pong table. Who knows what you might do here?!

The home is washed in soothing pastel-colored exteriors and dewy white interiors. Puffy couches flank a sleek, smart TV. Large sliders open on to a sun-kissed veranda that features loungers and an al-fresco dining table for 6.
Back inside, a cozy L-shaped kitchen is provided with modern appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and cookware. A four-seating table makes for intimate family dinners.
This two-story holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with comfy beds, colorful walls and cozy upholstery.
Bedroom #1 is located next to the stairway and comes with a queen-size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 is the master, with a king-size bed, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Perfect for little ones, bedroom #3 is equipped with twin beds and a smart TV.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact guest services few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- An additional half bath is also provided.
- A washer/dryer are available for guest use.
- There's a multi gaming system with capabilities of foosball, table hockey, ping pong and pool. Board games are also available in the property.
- Ample parking out front is available for guest use.
- The community pool and hot tub here is down for emergency repairs from April 25-Mid May. Estimated May 10 but check with us for details. It could be earlier or later depending on weather.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
- There is NO PRIVATE HOT TUB or private pool at this location. There is only a community pool and hot tub.
-Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.
Kids will have an unforgettable time at Gatorland, home to alligators and reptiles of all varieties. A visit to Kissimmee Old Town is a big yes, as is the Atlantic Coast, famous for its charming beaches and the iconic Kennedy Space Center.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
