The Champions Gate community is teeming with a dazzling heated pool, bubbling hot tub, lazy river and kids splash pad with exciting waterslide – how can you not be stoked for the unforgettable times to come?

The Hollywood Retreat welcomes you home to an open-concept which boasts a laid-back, tropical vibe — with dewy white walls, matching couches and verdant pops of color, foliage and a contrasting charcoal black rug add to the charm. Large framed windows offer views of the gazebo, featuring a private (heated for an optional fee) pool where you will lounge on daybeds with cocktails and dig into al-fresco meals at the 4-seat outdoor dining table. That’s right eat dinner while the Minions play in their very own pool.

The open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, with glossy countertops and modern cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances are provided, including a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy cocktail soirees at the bar stool area for 3, while the 8-seat indoor dining table is perfect for cozy family meals.

The Hollywood Retreat comfortably accommodates 14 guests spread across 5 themed bedrooms and one private pool. Because we don’t mess around with fun here!

Bedroom #1 Bring your Mousekateers here! This room is smartly decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme which highlight from one of Orlando’s best kept secrets, a little place called Disney World. Here you will sprawl for the evening in a comfy King sized bed with a smart TV, and views of the neighborhood.

Bedroom #2 you are headed to the Beach! Here your old friends Lilo & Stitch as well as Hei Hei smile at you over twin beds and smart TV. It also has views overlooking Tafiti… eh the Champions Gate neighborhood. Whichever you think!

Bedroom #3 Achooo!! There’s pixiedust afloat here with a perky Tinkerbell theme sprinkled around a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with tub. Who knows what Magic will unfold in here.

Bedroom 4 takes you China where the Mulan-theme welcomes you to modern styles and comforts amid a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 BELLO! We Want Bananas!!! Don’t look out the window here as the playful Minions are everywhere. This room also comes with sleeping accommodations for your Minons with twin bunk beds and a smart TV. Pull out the trundle here for a third Minon to crash the party. Because who doesn’t love sleeping on the floor?

THINGS TO NOTE:
* Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

* There are 2 additional bathrooms with décor inspired by Finding Nemo and Avengers. Yeah stick that extra roll on Thor’s hammer. I dare ya!

* A washer/dryer is provided for guest use. There is not theme here. It’s just a wash and dry.

* Plenty of parking is available. Yawn…

* Trailers, Buses, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.

A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.


The Hollywood Retreat located in Champions Gate, a lavish 900 acre gated community, boasting an 18-hole golf course, a lazy river, full-service cabanas, tennis courts and movie theater. Teeming with a plethora of wine and dine options, you can try out rustic tiki bars, fast food joints, all-you-can-eat buffets and gourmet restaurants.

Many of Florida’s wildly popular theme parks are nearby. Spend a day at the aforementioned and little known Disney World (32 miles), observe exotic wildlife at Animal Kingdom (12 miles) and admire futuristic wonders at Epcot theme park (13 miles). Universal Studios is only 20 miles away — the world-famous, adrenaline pumping adventure park that needs no introduction.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours from 10 Pm to 7 AM as there are neighbors close by that reside on the property all year round.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
