Spend your days exploring the sprawling Disney Parks, and relax in style on the golf course views of balcony of this tranquil spot at night. Not to mention there are six community pools that are never crowded and provide plenty of splashy fun for all ages.
The living room at “Fun in The Sun” greets you with warm, cozy interiors and a homey vibe. The seating area is ideal to curl up in front of the 55” smart TV. Large glass doors open onto a spacious open deck that features a 4-seater al-fresco table, overlooking the immaculate Reunion golf course.
The airy kitchen is complete with glossy, wooden cabinetry and granite countertops. Full Kitchen appliances are provided for you to whip up meals at home. A coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven, microwave and refrigerator are available for your convenience. There are bar stools, perfect for cocktail soirees.
The home can sleep 10 guests across 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the master, equipped with a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom. It has an attached balcony, with view of the Reunion Golf course and a 2-seater coffee table.
Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have 2 full beds and smart TV.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- There’s an additional bathroom.
- A washer/dryer is included.
- Plenty of parking is available.
- There is an elevator for this unit, however, the elevator is not working properly and we do not recommend that it is used. We are working with the HOA to have the elevator repaired ASAP. Guests can still access this second floor unit via stairs.
- There are 6 pools available for guest use. Please note - the large waterslide park is not accessible and only available to homeowners.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
“Fun in the Sun” in Reunion offers the beauty and tranquility of natural Florida in a location near some of the most iconic theme parks. Disney, SeaWorld, Gatorland and Universal Studios are all nearby.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.
This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
