Step into the home’s bright main level where an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area awaits. The kitchen stands fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the space you’ll need for meals made at home. The kitchen would of course not be complete without your very own Margaritaville Drink Machine.

A formal dining table with seating for 10 is steps away, with bold, tropical wallpaper bringing the space to life. Enjoy meals with a movie or your favorite show on the living room’s smart TV with oversized sectional seating for the whole group.

This is the PERFECT home for families with MANY items to highlight. First of all the unique floor plan has TWO bedroom suites on the first floor.  Perfect for grandparents or those with mobile limitations (not to mention not carrying babies upstairs!). 

This home sleeps up to 10 guests between its 5 private and uniquely themed bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 features a bold pineapple theme with full size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a bright flamingo design with Queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 is the primary suite, showcasing a sunset at the beach theme. The room has a king size bed, smart tv, small desk area, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity, as well as private balcony access overlooking the pool.
Bedroom #4 sticks to a surfing theme with its Queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #5 is themed with tropical palms and has a full size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- An additional half bath is accessible from the outdoor pool area.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $35 daily per pet. This fee is not included in the reservation total. If you are bringing a pet please contact our customer service team to have it added.
- Parking space is provided. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
- The hot tub is always FREE to guest use. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- There are two security cameras on property - one Ring doorbell and one camera on the balcony which faces the side of the home. The cameras record video for security purposes.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
-In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Guests of this home do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities. 
There's shaded outdoor dining and lounge chairs, as well as a variety of pool toys for the little ones and pool heat is included in their nightly rate.
Additionally, our home has little ones in mind with baby gates, highchairs, pack n play, and a variety of board games for all ages.

Less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios.

SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is a quick .6 mile walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The SunsetWalk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it, SO much more! There is truly something for everyone to enjoy!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are allowed but must be registered. Violators will be billed for pet damage if found.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
