The home’s spacious interiors invite your entire group to kick back and relax. With 2 cozy living areas, one combined with the formal dining area, there is room for everyone to unwind. Central to the home, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare everything from morning coffee to full meals. Gather at the breakfast table for 4, the kitchen counter with 4 barstools, or the formal dining table with an additional 4 seats.
Your Florida getaway is made complete with a private screened in pool, attached hot tub, and furnished patio where you can maximize time in this outdoor space. Take a dip, lounge by the water, or enjoy poolside snacks at the outdoor dining table.
The home’s garage has been converted into a game area with options for everyone’s preferences: air hockey, foosball, and pool. Get competitive or just play for fun. Either way, this recreation area is sure to be a delight.
This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, a cable tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with king size bed, a cable tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and bath tub. This suite features direct access outside to the private pool, patio, and hot tub.
Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds and cable tv.
Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds and cable tv.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower for Bedrooms #3 and #4.
- Parking space provided in the driveway for 2 standard cars (max).
- Washer and dryer in laundry closet.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
Retreat at the Crossings is located in Bridgeford Crossing, this location is ideal for theme park and golfing enthusiasts alike, putting you 20 miles from Disney and Legoland, and 30 miles from Universal Studios. In addition to an abundance of local shopping and dining outlets, head to Margaritaville (17 miles) or Posner Park (7 miles) for some of the area’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Between the world-famous theme parks and major shopping centers all around, you will find plenty to do and enjoy during your stay at Retreat at the Crossings.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.
This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles as you will be towed on-street between 12AM and 6AM.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
