The formal living space, with sectional couch and smart tv, is open to the kitchen and dining area, making it a great spot to hang out as a group. Upstairs, a secondary living space is perfect for movie nights with an additional smart tv and cozy seating. Head to the garage if you’re in the mood to get competitive over a game of pool with retro decor surrounding the table.

Whether you’re preparing snacks to enjoy by the pool, a quick lunch to take on the go, or a formal meal to share at the dining table, you’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender are provided for your convenience.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- 2 parking passes will be provided.
- Washer and dryer in unit for guest use.

- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

The property is in The Retreat at Champions Gate, a private community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Champions Gate are welcome to enjoy the onsite pool, hot tub, kids’ splash pad with waterslide, arcade, beach volleyball courts, fitness center, theater, and restaurant.

In case of hurricanes, general poor weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each community amenity

Outside of the resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot are all 30-35 minutes away, and Universal Studios can be reached in about 45 minutes. If a fabulous round of golf is what you’re after, there are several golf courses within minutes of the resort. Shops, restaurants, and activities are also within easy reach.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours from 10 Pm to 7 AM as there are neighbors close by that reside on the property all year round.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
