As a guest of ours, enjoy the proximity of tons of amazing off site amenities like restaurants, spas, arcade, movie theatres and shopping. This prime location is also within minutes of Sunset Walk and just a few short miles from Orlando’s major theme parks. Between the unbeatable location, endless things to do onsite, and your beautiful outdoor space, we know this home will exceed every expectation for your Orlando getaway.
The home features an open concept design with seamless flow between kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing your group to enjoy quality time together even if everyone is doing their own thing! With fun and adventure filling your days, you’ll love the cozy couches where you can unwind with a movie on the smart tv. Adjacent, the bright and modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to make delicious meals from home. Additional small appliances for your convenience include a toaster, coffee maker, and margarita maker (because it’s 5 o'clock somewhere after all). Enjoy drinks and casual bites at the kitchen counter with barstool seating, or gather together for a family-style meal at the dining table set for 6.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional half-bathroom.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Up to 4 unassigned parking spaces are available in front of the home. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
- This is a private cottage and as such Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and about 45 minutes from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick drive up the street. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.
This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
