Mickey's Terrace at the Bahama Bay Resort

When you’re not park-hopping and exploring all that Orlando has to offer, take some downtime to enjoy the dozens of resort amenities at the Bahama Bay Resort such as the scenic pier and beach area, the eatery, pool/hot tubs and splashpad, or get competitive on the shuffleboard and tennis courts.

Inside, keep that theme park vibe alive amongst the fun Mickey-themed décor. The bright, spacious living area is a great spot for spending quality time together, furnished with a cable TV and two comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy local takeout, with at-counter dining for 2 or a formal dining area with table and chairs for 6.

Two screened-in balconies offer views of the lovely walkways, trees, and lake, and are great spots to relax with your coffee in the morning or have drinks in the evening. At Mickey’s Terrace, you’ll truly find all the amenities necessary for a carefree vacation!

This home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and cable TV.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. A sliding glass door opens directly onto one of the screened-in balconies.

Bedroom #3 has 2 full size beds in a bunk format, and 1 twin size bed. The room also offers cable TV.

There is an additional shared bathroom in unit with single vanity and walk-in shower.

• This home is a second story unit accessible by stairs only.
• Parking provided for up to 2 cars.
• Washer and dryer in unit.

- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.

Being a guest of the resort gives you access to the private clubhouse, bar, and spa! It’s easy to be active around the property with community heated pools, hot tubs, bocce ball, playground, splash pad, tennis courts, and an onsite restaurant. Steps away on the sandy shore of Lake Davenport you can lounge on the beach, play a game of volleyball, dine alfresco, and go fishing off the docks. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
