This 3-bedroom sanctuary offers all the comforts of home with the added bonus of a beautiful, refreshing outdoor pool and a prime location to the theme parks you no doubt have on your list of to-dos. You’ll be less than a 10-minute drive to the entrance of the popular Champions Gate Village, a premier retail center with shopping, dining, and entertainment options galore. At the home, a screened-in lanai offers serene, nature-centric views of the neighboring conservation area as well as ample outdoor seating in both sun and shade to take your relaxation to the next level. The whole family will love spending endless hours splashing in the cool waters and drying off in the warm Florida air. For even more fun, head to the garage-turned-game room where you’ll find a full-size pool table waiting for a friendly round of 8-ball. When you’re ready to chill out in the glorious air conditioning, head inside the spacious home where even more exciting spaces await!

The home has been adorned with lots of homey touches to help you settle in quickly. The living room is bathed in plentiful natural light and offers comfortable sofa and armchair seating, as well as 2 overhead fans to keep the cool air moving. A smart TV allows you to stream all your favorite shows without missing a single episode or host a family movie night while you wind down for bed. Just around the corner, the bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a kettle, and a drip coffee maker. Prepare full-sized family meals or quick appetizers here, served up at the counter with two high-top barstools for an informal seating option. For a more formal meal setting, a dining room table just steps away can accommodate your entire crew for whatever type of fare you have in mind.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, and a smart TV.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack & Jill; bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking available on the street.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. An additional pet fee of $35 per night will be added. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- There is active construction from the view of the backyard.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Santa Cruz Retreat is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (18 miles), Epcot (18 miles), Hollywood Studios (15 miles), Animal Kingdom (16 miles), Universal Studios (25 miles), Legoland (25 miles), Margaritaville (10 miles), and Sea World (20 miles)!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Maximum of 2 Pet dogs are allowed for 30 days or longer stays.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM as there are neighbors close by that reside on the property all year round.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
