Cagan Crossing, a popular shopping and dining destination, is just 4 miles away, or the golfers in your crew can work on their swing at the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, just 7 minutes away. All this is just a snipped of what you can find in sunny Davenport and the surrounding area, and all are ready and waiting to welcome you home!

The home itself is brand new inside and out featuring all new vinyl floors throughout. It is carefully curated for your comfort and enjoyment. A chic, subtle boho theme runs throughout each room, accented with calming neutral tones and furnishings. The living room is outfitted with plush sofas and a large, mounted smart TV for kicking back and streaming your favorite movies and shows. Head on out to your private and enclosed backyard patio, complete with outdoor dining set with seating for 6, chaise lounge chairs, and for peaceful morning or evening swims, your own inground pool. Back inside, an elegant dining table seats another 6, with 4 additional high-top seats nearby at the kitchen counter. The open and airy kitchen is brightly lit and showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tiled backsplash. A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and full suite of cookware and dining ware are here to assist in all your meal planning and preparation needs should you decide to cook at home or prepare takeout from a local restaurant. Upstairs, the loft offers another living space with comfortable sofa, mounted smart TV, and a tabletop arcade game. Everyone in your group will be able to spread out and find their own space while still finding opportunities for coming together and creating magical memories.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin beds, themed in Harry Potter.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, themed in Mickey Mouse with available smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full bathrooms – the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This home has all new LVP flooring and no longer has carpet.
- This home is located only 9 short miles from Disney.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Lot parking available for up to 4 vehicles on a first come, first serve basis.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

- Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.
- This home is equipped with an exterior Ring system monitoring the entryway.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Disney Boho Bungalow at Windsor Island is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Legoland, Margaritaville, and Sea World!

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
This home to pet friendly. Maximum of 2 pets, $35 per pet per day. This doesn’t cover any damages. To pay for pet fees, connect with (321) 800-4882 to process.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
There are 2 parking spots in the parking area in front of the house. Extra parking is at the clubhouse. Any parking on the street past midnight sadly will be towed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
If trash cans are not brought in by Saturday for recycle bin (yellow top) and Tuesday for regular household garbage (green bin) guests will be charged at least a $35.00 fee
