If that weren’t enough, you’re also just 5 minutes away from fabulous ChampionsGate, an enormous resort community featuring world-class golf and a host of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping. All of the desirable amusement parks of the area including Disney, Universal Studios, and Legoland are right at your fingertips, a short drive from the home for ease of day trips to whichever one is on the agenda. All this to do outside of the home and we haven’t even gotten to the spectacular amenities inside yet! This home offers easy access to I-4, making travel to and from Tampa very convenient.

The home itself is brand new, stylishly decorated with elegant furnishings and details. Royal blue and gold accents throughout the common area promote a feeling of sophistication, while modern amenities fulfill all your necessary vacation requirements. The cozy living room includes plush sofa and armchair seating as well as a large mounted smart TV, a welcome space for hanging out and streaming your favorite shows. Just behind, a charming dining room table offers enough seating for 7, with 2 additional high-top chairs at the kitchen counter. Host formal meals here or extend the living room seating for a fun-filled night of games and laughs. The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with combo drip and on-demand coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining ware. Whatever your culinary aspirations, they can easily be fulfilled here. The outdoor patio is a serene place to enjoy your morning coffee, with views overlooking the community pond and offering dining and lounge seating for you to sit back and relax in as the sun rises over another fabulous Floridian day.

When you’re ready to dial back up the fun, head into the converted air conditioned garage where you’ll find a game room stocked with exciting options. The competitive among you will delight in challenging one another to endless games of hoops, corn hole, giant Connect 4, or giant Jenga. If spectating is more your speed, a full-size futon and smart TV are a great spot to hang out and take in all the action.

This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, workspace desk and chair, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk and a standalone twin bed with a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle with additional community parking available close to the home. Additional parking spots are located at both ends of the townhome end units.
- The cost to rent a BBQ grill is $150 per week, and availability is subject to change.
- To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact guest services few days prior to your check-in date.
Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- A stroller and baby playpen are available for use and can be requested at the time of booking.
- This home is equipped with exterior security cameras: (1) monitoring the driveway, (2) monitoring the entryway, (3) monitoring the rear of the home.
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
-Please do not sleep more than the max number of guests in the home. If the number of guests exceed the number of guests provided at the time of booking, all guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
-No illegal substances are allowed on the property. Law enforcement will be called if illegal substances are found in and on the property. All guests will be immediately removed if illegal substances are on the property.

You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (13 miles), Epcot (13 miles), Hollywood Studios (11 miles), Animal Kingdom (12 miles), Universal Studios (20 miles), Legoland (25 miles), Margaritaville (10 miles), and Sea World (20 miles)!

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the premises of the home. Immediate removal from the property with no refund if there is evidence of a party or event.
No Smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
No Pets. Evidence of pets will result in an additional cleaning fee.
No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms.
No shoes on carpeted areas upstairs.
No swimming or fishing in the pond behind the home.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for monitoring children at all times while on the property premises, including common areas of the community.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
