The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well as a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground. With so much to do, it would be easy to fill up your days staying and playing right within the community. When you’re ready to venture out, however, Kissimmee and the family-friendly surrounding area are full of adventure and ready for whatever mood strikes you!

The open living room features a sofa and loveseat as well as a cable TV, a welcome space for surfing the channels during your much-needed downtime. Head out onto the private screened-in balcony overlooking the lush community landscape, a secluded and quiet spot for quiet reflection with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Heading back inside, make your way to the well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all major appliances, dual drip and on demand coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware you need to whip up convenient meals at home. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, private screened-in balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin beds, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available in lot for up to 3 vehicles – first come, first served.
• This home is equipped with an exterior entryway Ring system which is deactivated and not in use.
• In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
• We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
• No outdoor grills of any kind are allowed.
• Please note: Caribe Cove community does not allow pets of any kind at this property.

Other popular Disney attractions lie within 11 miles of Caribe Cove condo rentals, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further along I-4, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 3 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more!
